Pay starts at $18.00+ per hour, with higher pay available based on related experience, skill level, reliability, CDL, equipment operation, and ability to lead or support a crew.

Job Duties May Include:

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and work areas
• Mulching, planting, weeding, pruning, and general landscape maintenance
• Assisting with hardscape projects such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and outdoor living areas
  
• Assisting with softscape installation, including plants, shrubs, trees, soil, grading, and bed preparation
  
• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools, materials, and equipment
• Operating hand tools, power tools, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other small equipment safely
• Helping prepare job sites and clean up when work is complete
• Maintaining clean, safe, and professional-looking customer properties
• Following directions from crew leaders and helping the crew complete work efficiently and correctly
• Following company safety procedures and job site standards
• Working outdoors in different weather conditions

We want team members who take pride in the finished product — whether that means a clean mow line, a sharp edge, a well-mulched bed, a properly installed plant, a well-built hardscape, or leaving a customer’s property looking better than when we arrived.

A current and valid driver’s license is required.

A CDL is a plus and will be considered for a higher pay rate.
